Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Is it legal to provide ticket purchase service to your members?
We do not sell or re-sell lottery tickets. We only provide the service of purchasing tickets on behalf of our members. All tickets are not mailed across the state line. Based on 1992 Second Circuit Court of Appeals ruling of Florida Lottery vs Monticello Communications, it is legal to provide such kind of service. We quote the following paragraphs from PC WORLD by Tom Spring:

    • Lottery officials in Florida say the state doesn't actively go after Internet-based lotteries ever since it lost a 1992 Second Circuit Court of Appeals case to Illinois-based Monticello Communications, which marketed Florida lottery tickets across state lines.
    • "Lottery ticket brokers aren't in violation of Florida laws," says Kenneth R. Hart, the Florida Lottery Commission attorney. The circuit court in Tallahassee ruled for Monticello Communications, saying that because the firm charged only for the service of buying tickets and charged consumers the face value of lottery tickets, it was lawful in Florida.

  2. Is this a spam site?
No. This is not a spam website. The purpose of this webiste is to help those who do not live in Florida and still wish to play Florida lottery, or those who are inconvenienced, such as handicapped, no vehicles, or any other reasons, to buy lottery tickets at any lotto retail stores. We are here to provide a service and help those people. Meanwhile, we are helping Florida Lottery to sell more lottery tickets. We hope our service will benifit all parties.

  6. How long do I get my tickets after I purchase via your site?

The first part is just like the previous lotto game. the second part is called Double Play and costs $1.00 extra. The winning numbers come out in 2 lines, each line has a set of 6 winning numbers. If you purchased the ticket without Double Play, you are only qualified to compare your tickets with the first line. If your ticket has Double Play, then, you can compare your ticket with both lines. 15. What is the billing company name on my credit card statement?
    Sunny Market Trading, Inc.

  16. How do you prevent credit card fraud?
First, we take the fraudulance very seriously. We have a system monitoring all credit card transactions and record user's IP address. If we find someone tries to commit credit card fraud, we can trace IP address, find where he/she is located, which Internet Service Provider he/she uses, what browser he/she uses and so on, then, we will report this to an Authority. Also, that account will be immidiately cancelled and banned for the future access. Second, when someone purchases the tickets or joins in our pool service, we only redeem the winning prize to the credit card holder's name and address.

  17. My credit card was declined, and my bank says the card has been charged, why?
When you use your credit card or debit card every time, our payment processor sends the requests to your bank. Your bank will hold the amount you are spending. If your card is declined for some reason, your bank will not release the amount to us (which means we can't get the amount from your bank). Normally, your bank keeps this holding for 24 - 72 hours. It depends on your bank's system. Please call your bank to verify the release after that period.

  18. How secure is my personal and credit card information I send you?
We use the latest in security measures to ensure the confidentiality of your information. When you use our ordering pages, you'll notice a small "padlock" symbol that is normally shown on the bottom or close to the address bar of your internet browser. Also, the website address shows "https://..." instead of "http://...". This means that we are using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) in which everything you send to our web server will be encrypted. Additionally, your personal information on our web server, such as address, email, and so on, is encrypted in our data files. The bottom line is that we protect our members as much as we can. If you have additional concerns, questions, or comments about your online security, please Contact Us.

Do not claim free tickets by yourself, or, it will delay your ticket claim processes in this case.
    • If you win a prize over $600.00, we will send you an official lottery claim form, which you will fill out, including where you want your check sent, and return to us. We will then submit the form and ticket to the Florida Lottery Commission, which will send you a check directly from Florida Lottery Commission. This procedure ensures that your lottery ticket remains safe and secure, and that it is not transported out of the state of purchase (since the law forbids).
    • If you win the jackpot, we will make arrangements to hand you the winning ticket in person so that it may be claimed at lottery headquarters.
