• Our web site provides lottery services for Florida, such as, Number analysis, Number compose, Winning numbers, Quick pick, Wheeling Systems, Buying tickets, and Pool Service. We do not intent to sell or resell lottery tickets online,  we only  purchase lottery tickets for our customers from a state-licensed lottery agent.
• All customers must be at least 18 years of age.
• For Number Analysis, Number Compose, Winning Numbers, Quick Pick, Wheeling Systems, and other services, we ask for $10.00 per month for the membership fee. The half of this fee will be used to develop more online services for our customers, and the other half will be going to charities.
• In Buying tickets section, for $1.00 lotto ticket, we charge $1.00 for service; for $2.00 Florida lotto tickets, we charge $1.25 for service; and, for $3.00 tickets, we ask for $1.50 for service to purchase the ticket from a state-licensed lottery agent and all follow-up services.
• Our lottery Pool Service takes $50.00 per month, and you will get 173 chances each month to win Florida lottery. If you join in our Pool Service, all other services are absolutely free to you.  
• Our services include the purchase of lottery tickets from a state-licensed lottery agent, the monitoring of all lottery numbers chosen during your order, e-mail notification of the drawing results, redemption of prizes, and the quality customer service in the business.
• For Buying tickets, you select your own numbers by using our Number Selection Panel, or you can use Quick Pick to fill out random-selected numbers.
• Minimum order is 5 tickets ($10.00).
• The automatic order cutoff time is 3:00 PM US Eastern Time in the day of the drawing.  Orders received after that time will be placed for the next drawing.
• All tickets remain in possession of LottoHitter.com and will not be mailed since Florida State Law forbids the mailing of lottery tickets.
• Since our services begin immediately once you've placed your order, all sales are final and there is no refunds. However, if for any reason, you are not satisfied of our services, you may cancel your membership at any time.

Q: How do I apply for my membership?

Q: Can I try your service?

A: Yes, you may try some of our service by logging in with userID/password: iamguest/iamguest.

Q: Will you provide free membership?

A: Yes. If you have bought certain amount of Florida Lottery tickets, we will waive your membership fee. Many of our members have already become free members because they have bought certain amount of tickets.

Q: How do I play Florida Lottery Games?

Q: Do you provide Florida lotto pool service?

Q: What is your cutoff time?

A: It is 3:00 PM US Eastern Time on the draw day.

Q: How do I claim my winning tickets?

A: If your winning prizes are under $600.00, we will redeem the winning tickets for you. Then,  we deposit your winnings in your Lottohitter.com account, and you may use your deposit for a future purchase at Lottohitter.com, or you may choose to withdraw your funds by requesting a check from us.  If you win a prize over $600.00, we will send you an official lottery claim form, which you will fill out, including where you want your check sent, and return to us.  We will then submit the form and ticket to the Florida Lottery Commission, which will send you a  check directly from Florida Lottery Commission.  This procedure ensures that your lottery ticket remains safe and secure, and that it is not transported out of the state of purchase (since the law forbids). If you win the jackpot, we will make arrangements to hand you the winning ticket in person so that it may be claimed at lottery headquarters. If you are unable to claim a prize greater than $600 because of your location (or any other reasons), we can make arrangements to claim the prize on your behalf and 10% of process fee will be applied to the prize.

Q: How do I obtain claim form?

A: To obtain a Lottery Winner Claim Form in Florida and IRS Form W-9, visit any Florida Lottery office or write the Florida Lottery Public Information Office, 250 Marriott Drive, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-4016. You can also download a Lottery Winner Claim Form and IRS Form W-9 in PDF format. You will need Acrobat Reader to view the PDF files.

Q: What is the percentage of the tax?

A: If a Florida Lottery prizewinner is a citizen or resident alien of the U.S. with a Social Security number, the Internal Revenue Service requires the Florida Lottery to withhold 25 percent federal withholding tax from prizes greater than $5,000. If the prizewinner is a U.S. citizen or resident alien who does not have a Social Security number, The Florida Lottery is required to withhold 28 percent backup federal withholding tax from any prize more than $600. For nonresident aliens, the Florida Lottery is required to withhold 30 percent federal withholding tax from all prize amounts. The Internal Revenue Service requires the Florida Lottery to report all winnings $600 and above for U.S. citizens and resident aliens.

Q: What is the requirement for my computer?

A: The requirement is that your computer can get connected to internet and be able to use Internet Explorer, Netscape, or FireFox. It also requires that your browser be able to run Java Scripts. It works the best with Internet Explorer.

Q: How do I cancel my account?

A: You need to log into your account. Then, click Cancel button. After you click Cancel button, you will be immediately logged out. We will stop billing you. However, we do not refund the current month that has been charged.
